Fashion trends spring / summer 2010

Oh how we love summer and summer fashion! Our total trends for spring / summer 2010.

Jeanswear

Would you well in your nails this summer are good? Go for Double Denim from head to toe. Jeans on the catwalk: D & G, Jeremy Scott, Ralph Lauren and Chloe.

Ijscoman

A ball of strawberry and a scoop of pistachio ice-cream .. sweet shades we saw at Yves Saint Lauren (very nice in combination with gray), Viktor & Rolf, Giorgio Armani and Burberry Prorsum.

Jaundice

Mellow Yellow is a color trend for this summer. From canaries to ocher. Summersun we saw yellow in Bottega Veneta, Ferragamo, Zac Posen, Louis Vuitton, Stella McCartney and Lacoste.

The Digitalista's

Perfect for exibitionisten, digitally manipulated prints were big news on the catwalks. Alexander McQueen, Gucci, Diane von Furstenberg and Givenchy.

Wild Flowers

Put the flowers but outside, because everything that even looks at a flower is hot. Also Etro, Dolce & Gabbana and Roberto Cavalli have had in a sense wallflower.

Pastel Shades

Pastels are wonderful shades for them to combine. Especially in the summer with a brown skin very popular. From nude at Nina Ricci, Viktor & Rolf to mint green to purple in Burberry Prorsum. Do: make-up even before the pastel tones.

All-over Ruches

Marc Jacobs, Nina Ricci and Valentino made good use of ruffles. Not only the blouses and dresses but also the collars and shoes got something extra.

Ship ahoy

The sea is a great inspiration for many designers this season. Besides sea-green we see a lot of sailors. Sailors Girls came over @ include Givenchy, Jean Paul Gaultier, Hermès and Alexander Wang.

Trench Connection

From long to short, dark or light, tightly folded or to a line model or connected. The trench coat is still to imagine the fashion world. MaxMara came with an army green, long while Dior coat with a short, sexy black gevalletje arrived. Burberry held on with a light pastel pink trenchcoat.

Showgirls

Try at your own risk: underwear as outerwear. Dior, Marc Jacobs and Pucci left little to the imagination with their little corse, lingerie and Negligees on top.
